The tuners over at ABT have done something US buyers have been doing to A4 Allroads for a long time. See, in the US, we dont get an A4 Avant but we do get an Allroad version which is basically just a jacked up version of the A4 Avant. So like that, ABT has taken this A6 Allroad, which looks so much better with that vertical grille than the A6 Avant, and lowered it to make it look like the Avant. Confusing but it makes sense!! ⠀⠀
Anyways under the hood is the 55TFSI powertrain packing a 3.0L Turbo V6 now making 408HP which is a nice bump over the stock 340HP. Of course, ABT has returned the ECU and software to make this possible. There also is an upgrade for the Diesel 55 TDI models which bump power up to 384HP and 560 lb-ft of torque.
ABT is also offering some other upgrades such as new wheel sizes up to 21inches. There also are some new interior carbon-fiber trim options as well slathered with the ABT logo. Thankfully in the US, we are getting the A6 Allroad now along with the RS6 Avant but we still are being deprived of the normal A6 Avant! But like I mentioned before, a simple lowering of the suspension can change that
