Meet The new 2022 Mercedes-Benz-AMG GT 4-Door Coupe, For the 2022 model, there have been minor tweaks to the exterior design and new tech inside. Here we see the Manufaktur Exclusive Edition for the GT 53 and it is painted in Rubellite Red Metallic with chrome trim and 21in wheels, Nappa Leather interior, and the new AMG wheel.
All 2022 GT 4 doors get the new wheel actually with the captive touch buttons. The exterior wears a handsome shade of Rubellite Red metallic, joined by a silver chrome exterior package, and trim-specific 21-inch AMG wheels. The interior sports a Neva Grey Exclusive Nappa leather with Ash wood trim, and a new AMG Performance steering wheel.
The 43 and 52 both get a 3.0L Turbo EQ to boost Inline 6 making 362HP in the 43 and 429 HP in the 53. The 63 and 63s get the 4.0L TT V8 making well we don’t know as Mercedes isn’t saying just yet. The current ones make 577HP and 630HP. We also await the GT 73 ePerformance that will pack a TT V8 paired to an EQ boost system to produce around 750-805HP of course going to all four wheels. In the AMG GT 4 door, we would see 0-60 under 3sec.
Inside also gets new leather colors as well as a new 5 passenger option inside of the 4 passenger offering as before. The V8 models are also getting an all new adaptive suspension that hopefully won’t be bone shattering stiff with two pressure valves to control the air suspension. Pricing isn’t out yet but it should start around 43.6 million naira – $91,000 for the base GT43 and will got up towards 96 million naira – $200,000.
