You might not know it, but there are a lot of Supercars in Nigeria than you might imagine. Where you’ll find a majority of them are in Lagos and Abuja. Still, Supercars in Nigeria cannot move like other Supercars in other countries. Why? It’s because of Nigeria’s poor road condition which affects their movements.

Supercars are at their best performance on good roads, with no breakage, no potholes, and no water logging in certain places. This is not available in Nigeria. Because of its semi-good roads, you can still enjoy the Supercar’s performance in Abuja. But, in Lagos, it’s almost impossible. In this article, we share with you how Supercars survive in Lagos.

How These Lagos Supercars Survive With Bad Lagos Roads

  • The Jaguar Sports Version

One of the supercars spotted in Lagos is the Jaguar Sports Version. This supercar comes with a V6 engine and a supercharger that produces about 335 horsepower.

  • The Lexus LC500

Another Supercar spotted in Lagos is the Lexus LC500, a sexy car in its own right. It has excellent performance and comes with a 5-litre V8 engine, which sprints from 0-60 km/hr in just 4.5 seconds. When you’re speeding, the lights of the car will flash. Its interior comes with some of the most advanced features.

  • The Audi R8

The Audi R8 is another supercar you’ll spot in Lagos. The car comes with a V10 engine and 10 cylinders. The car’s interior has a minimal vibe which is where the car’s luxury lies. The car comes with excellent stability when you’re speeding with the car. Buying this car in Nigeria will require 90-120 million Naira.

  • The BMW M4

The latest BMW M4 is another supercar that has been spotted in Lagos. The car is built to have a regular-looking exterior, but its performance is incredible and even faster than the Audi R8. The price tag of this car is 85 million Naira.

  • The Porsche Cayman S

The Cayman S is another supercar spotted in Lagos, Nigeria. It has a 3.4 Flat 6 engine that produces 375horsepower. It moves from 0-60km/hr in 4.3 seconds. The interior of the Porsche is authentic and gives off a luxury vibe the moment you come in contact with it.

These cars move on Lagos roads. But, the challenge is that you’ll have to be cautious. When driving them, you’ll need to;

  • Watch out for potholes
  • Limit and watch your speed limit because the roads
  • Monitor where you buy diesel for these cars

Generally, these cars cannot attain their full potential in Nigeria. You can enjoy the ride in Nigeria a bit, but not as it should be. Nigerian roads don’t help you realize the whole fun of driving supercars.
