Mauro Emanuel Icardi an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a striker for the Turkish Süper Lig club Galatasaray has reportedly purchased the world’s most expensive car, a Rolls-Royce Boat Tail, for approximately $25 million.
This ultra-luxury vehicle is one of only three produced by Rolls-Royce, with the first two already sold to Jay-Z and Beyonce, and an industrialist who wishes to remain anonymous. The Boat Tail takes four years to assemble by hand and features 1,813 components, making it a truly unique and exclusive vehicle.
Following the unveiling of the Sweptail a few years ago, there was a strong drive in Rolls Royce to return to coachbuilding, and the company is now back to its iconic historic trade. The new Rolls Royce Coachbuilding section gives Rolls the opportunity to create magnificent masterpieces like this new Boat Tail. This first project took four years to complete as well.
