How Much Space Will There Be In The 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander?
The official specs concerning the cargo and passenger space of the 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander have yet to be made official. However, here’s something adults will be able to do on this vehicle that they cannot do on the regular Toyota Highlander.
Adults can comfortably fit in the backseat without issues. The image teaser of the Grand Highlander shows an adult and a child comfortably sitting in the third row. The adult’s knees are comfortable and not hitting the back of the second row. This is completely impossible in the regular Toyota Highlander.
The third row of the current Highlander is tight. It sits higher than the other two rows, and the bottoms of the seat come up to the back of the second row. It’d be impossible for adults to access, and it is reserved for small children.
Also, the current Highlander only has two seats there. But Pickup Truck Talk figures that the Grand Highlander has three seatbelts buckles in the third row, so it’ll fit more than two people. Also, there is a storage area in the third row with USB ports for charging devices.
What Engine Will The Grand Highlander Have?

Experts note that these figures could be different because the 2024 Grand Highlander will be larger and heavier than the sedan. The 2023 Toyota Highlander has a standard turbocharged 2.4-litre inline-four engine with 256 horsepower and 309 lb-ft of torque.
Car experts also note that it could serve as the entry-level option with the Grand Highlander. However, there’s hope for a little extra muscle. Because the regular Highlander can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in about 8.0 seconds, which is average, but not exactly exciting.
