A Nigerian man stirred reactions on Twitter after he posted pictures of his blue-painted 1974 Volkswagen Beetle car and declared how much he plans to sell the vehicle.
The man, Uchenna Odu, tells Twitter users that the price he has set for his Beetle is ₦3 million. Both the price and the vehicle drew a lot of attention. Some say it’s a ridiculous price for such a car, while others are surprised that it still exists.
However, the seller, Mr Uchenna Odu remains firm in his price as he believes his target audience, who he describes as those interested in “going back to the old school days,” will willingly pay ₦3 million for the vehicle.
A while after the tweet, many Twitter users started dropping their reactions, saying:
