Geely Coolray is an amazing car that China’s biggest auto manufacturer built. This company owns Volvo and so many other auto companies. The 2021 Geely Coolray is built for the young and the fashionable.
This particular 2021 Geely Coolary comes in three trim levels. They are;
- Dynamic
- Dynamic Plus
- Sport Plus
This particular Sport Plus trim comes with a sporty bumper, Carbon fibre lip spoiler, LED headlamps, and daylight running lights.
The vehicle comes with 18-inch rims with dual brake callipers, the side mirror is covered with carbon fibres, and there’s an installed camera behind the side mirror. The rearview has a quad exhaust pipe installed.
On the interior of the Geely Coolray, the sports logo is engraved on a perforated bucket leather seat. There’s a dual-tone interior. It has a 10.25-inch infotainment screen that supports Andriod Auto Integration and Apple CarPlay.
There are several driving modes the car comes with. There’s the eco mode, sports mode, and normal driving mode. There are also driver assistance features like the e-brake electronic parking brake assist feature, hill climbing feature, blind-spot dictation, and the 360-camera view feature that allows you to see the views around your car with a 3D function.
There’s also the 7-inch digital gauge display, and with each driving mode, the gauge display shows off a unique display. For instance, when the car is in eco mode, the digital gauge display goes blue, and the ambient lights of the car also go blue with an echo. When it’s in sport mode, the light goes red.
The steering wheel is D-shaped in the spot plus trim level; the steering wheel is super light, especially when on eco mode.
There’s also the panoramic sunroof, even though it opens only halfway. But the car has a lot of leg and headroom, making it comfortable for both driver and passengers.
The Geely Coolray is powered by a 1.5-litre turbocharged engine that was co-developed by Volvo. It produces 177 horsepower, and the front-wheel-drive car also has good fuel economy. It also goes from 0-100km/h in 7.9 seconds.
The 2021 Geely Coolray sports utility vehicle is a great option vehicle for young people as it meets all the basic requirements of a vehicle.
Despite some of its shortcomings, like no AC vent in the rear seat area and a few other things, the car is a really cool car for a young Nigerian to own.
