Ever since the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak across the world, the world economy has been struggling to gain balance and reach thriving, stable revenue. If you are like everybody, you are much likely trying to cut costs on everything. No need to spend a dime extra on something that could be avoided. One of such extra costs that could be avoided or reduced is fuel expenses. You probably own a car, or hope to get one this year; it is crucial to pay attention to the fuel economy of a car.

Driving a car with good fuel economy is a wise way to save on fuel costs, especially if you are already living on a tight budget. If a car has better fuel economy or fuel efficiency, this means it will use less fuel to go a given distance than a car that is not as fuel-efficient. A car’s fuel efficiency is often measured by its “miles per gallon” or MPG. The combined MPG of a car is the average MPG obtained when driving on the highway and in the city. A high MPG means better fuel economy and vice versa.

NB: Since kilometers and liters are used in Ghana instead of miles and gallons, 1 mile = 1.6 km and 1 gallon = 3.8 liters

In this article, we have gathered a list of the best fuel-efficient cars you should look out for this 2021. Enjoy the ride!
