The extortion is out of this world. If they act stubborn and threaten to take your bike/van/bus to their office ask them to do so. You’ll find out they are carrying out an illegal duty. They are not backed by the state. I’m December we carried out a raid and most of those touts carrying out the enforcement were locked up for days.”
