Introducing the 2024 Ford Territory, now available in Nigeria at a new price. The latest Territory model is designed as a five-seater SUV, which will serve as an attainable vehicle for Nigerian passengers. The new Territory is an important new volume seller for Ford and it slots in between the Everest and Puma models, as Ford expands its presence in the fast-growing SUV segment.
The new Ford Territory is offered locally in three levels of trim and will be powered solely by a 1.8-litre EcoBoost petrol engine that produces 138 kW and 318 N.m. It will drive the front wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. Four drive modes are selectable: Normal, Eco, Sport, or Mountain, which optimizes power, torque, and fuel efficiency according to driving conditions. Models will also feature aids like Hill Launch Assist and Hill Descent Control.
2024 Ford Territory Price
The Ford Territory is a great crossover that offers good value for money. However, Wuta Motors, an Abuja-based car dealer that deals in brand new, foreign used, and Nigeria used cars, has stated that the 2024 Ford Territory is priced at 50 million naira.
The new Ford Territory will offer seven choices of exterior colour, including Star White Tri-coat (solid), Panther Black Metallic, True Blue Metallic, Ruby Red Metallic, Lustrous Grey, Moonlight Blue Metallic, and Crystal Pearl White Metallic Tri-coat. On the safety front, all Territory models will be equipped with Electronic Stability Control with Traction Control, Emergency Brake Assist and Electronic Brakeforce Distribution, and Ford’s Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS).
A total of six airbags will be provided, comprising dual front side and curtain airbags.
