The Manhart Porsche 911 Turbo S ‘T R 800’ is an orange-painted monster sportscar. The supercar’s features are insane, which makes it even more special.
The German tuner Manhart started by taking care of the most important thing any sports car should not lack: the engine.
The TR 800 uses the same 3.8-liter six-cylinder engine as the standard 911 Turbo, but Manhart made some changes.
The 911 got an upgraded stainless steel exhaust system and remapped the ECU. After that, they fitted turbochargers and a new intercooler.
The result of the car is outstanding because the TR 800 now delivers 822 horsepower, that’s 180 horsepower more than the regular 911 on which this sportscar is based.
The Porsche 911 Turbo S isn’t exactly subtle or understated, but Manhart wanted to make it even more extravagant.
The new body kit of the sportscar includes larger air intakes, more aggressive bumpers, diffusers, and an enormous rear wing.
For the car’s exterior, the company painted it with a lava orange + a satin black colour, used for the 21” and 22” forged wheels.
The car’s interior has a similar colour pattern to the exterior—orange + black. The car’s seats combine comfort with sportiness.
The seats are upholstered using thick layers of black and orange leather with additional contrast stitching. The car’s steering wheel and the suede floor mats follow the same theme.
Manhart has not specified how much it’ll cost, but the standard 911 Turbo S has a manufacturer-suggested retail price of $182,900.
Given that and the features of the 911 Turbos S Manhart version, the price will range between $350,000 – $400,000.
