Range Rover has unveiled the $300,000 (222 million naira) Landsdowne Edition, limited to just 16 units and only offered for the UK market. So what do you get? Well, every 16 examples will be bespoke. The one we see here is finished in Landsdowne Grey Gloss with Corris Grey on the roof and mirrors. They are the SV Anthracite and Graphite Atlas accents, black chrome badges handcrafted by a jeweller, and 23in forged wheels.

Inside are rosewood and ebony-coloured leather with chrome inserts, black ceramic controls and more. The SV gets the P530 powertrain with the BMW 4.4L TT V8 making 523HP and 553 lb-ft of torque and 0-60 in 4.4sec.

New tech includes rear-wheel steering, new air suspension, 48v anti-roll bars, 35.4in wading depth, and more. This SV gets the Signature Suite with a 4-seater layout and 24-way massaging seats.

The new “boutique” as Land Rover likes to call it, will be designed to help the firm transition from direct sales to an agency model by 2024 meaning customers will deal with Jaguar Land Rover directly, instead of through dealerships.
