The Rolls-Royce Cullinan is one heck of a luxury SUV. But, there are areas where other SUVs stand out better than the Cullinan.
Precisely, the Cullinan is designed for comfort, especially passenger comfort. However, other SUV cars are not solely based on comfort. Luxury SUVs that come to mind are the Mercedes-Benz G63 and the Range Rover.
The Mercedes and Land Rover brands had other things in mind while designing these SUVs. They are not specifically for comfort. They incorporate other important elements like performance.
One area of performance in the G63 and the Range Rover compete is their offroading abilities. When Land Rover first created the Range Rover, the intention was for an offroading vehicle. The older looks of the Range Rover prove this considering it came with strong-looking exterior features.
Over time, the brand upgraded the exterior, making it more luxurious than the older generation Range Rover. But, one vehicle that has maintained its exterior features is the G63. Since its inception, the Mercedes brand has not moved too far from the legacy of the G63. It maintains its known exterior features and, of course, its offroading capacity.
The redesigned look of the Range Rover now makes it even harder to compete with the G63 when it comes to offroading. The G63 is still a greater offroading vehicle compared to the Range Rover. The Rolls Royce Cullinan, on the other hand, is still a luxury SUV, but it cannot compare with the G63 and the Range Rover in terms of offroading.
